My stay at this hotel was quite mixed. While the location was fantastic and the staff was friendly, I faced multiple issues with my room, including a malfunctioning AC and a slip-and-fall incident due to damp floors. The dining experience was good, but the problems in the room made it hard to fully enjoy my stay. Overall, I felt the hotel needs to step up its maintenance and customer service.

My stay at Arenas del Mar had its ups and downs. I was really impressed by the friendly service, but the room issues were definitely a downside. Although the hotel was clean and in a nice location, I faced several problems with the accommodations that really affected my experience. Overall, I feel that compensation for my troubles is in order, given the challenges I encountered.
